Postpartum Doula Services

Welcoming a new baby is a life-changing experience — and having support during this time can make all the difference. I offer compassionate, non-judgmental care tailored to your family’s needs during the first 12 weeks of your baby’s life. Whether you need hands-on help, rest, or guidance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Prenatal Visit/Postpartum Planning Session

$100 Flat Rate

This service is scheduled around 36 weeks of your pregnancy and involves me coming to your home for 2hrs. We sit down chat about what to expect during postpartum and come up with a plan together for when baby arrives. This is also a time for me to get to know your home and space better—and you! This session is scheduled with all clients who hire me during their pregnancy.

Evening Postpartum Care

$60/hour
Evening hours are between 6pm-10pm with the option to extend later based on your needs.

Evenings can be the most challenging part of the day for new families. As energy runs low, babies often become fussier, older children need attention, and there’s still a full night ahead. Evening postpartum care is designed to bring calm, structure, and support during this high-demand window—so your whole household can transition into the night feeling more settled and prepared.

What this support can look like:

  • Witching hour support
Hands-on help soothing, feeding, and settling your baby during the fussiest part of the day

  • Bedtime support for older children
Assistance maintaining routines, creating consistency, and making sure siblings feel cared for and connected

  • Meal prep + kitchen reset
Light meal preparation, dishes, bottle washing, and tidying so you’re not ending the day with more to do

  • Baby care + bedtime prep
Feeding, changing, swaddling, and helping get your baby settled for the night

  • Setting you up for overnight success
Prepping bottles, organizing diaper stations, and creating a calm, ready environment so the night feels more manageable

Weekend Postpartum Care

$60/hour
Weekend hours are flexible 4 hour shifts between 4am-10pm

Weekends often look different—partners are home, routines shift, and there’s an opportunity to reset, reconnect, or simply catch your breath. Weekend postpartum care offers flexible, focused support in 4-hour shifts anywhere between 4am–10pm, tailored to what your family needs most.

Whether you’re looking for early morning relief after a long night, extra hands during a busy daytime stretch, or support easing into the evening, weekend care meets you where you are.

What this support can look like:

  • Morning reset
Get a few extra hours of sleep while your baby is cared for and your home is gently reset for the day

  • Daytime support
Help with newborn care, feeding, soothing, and creating a calm, supported rhythm throughout the day

  • Household assistance
Light tidying, dishes, bottle washing, and small tasks that help keep things manageable

  • Family flow support
Extra hands so you can spend time with older children, leave the house, or simply have a moment to yourself

  • Flexible, targeted care
Use your shift exactly where it’s most needed—whether that’s recovery, rest, or catching up on life

Overnight Care

$65/hour
Overnights are only offered on a case by case basis with a maximum of 1-2 overnights a week based on Doula’s availability.

Overnight care is designed to give parents the precious gift of uninterrupted sleep. I provide attentive overnight care for your baby — feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and ensuring your baby is settled and cared for throughout the night. You’ll wake up feeling more rested, knowing your baby was nurtured and supported all night long.

Babysitting

$30/hour (Subject to Doula’s availability)

Looking for an occasional date night babysitter and want someone who is confident caring for infants? This is a service I offer to all my clients as well as a stand alone! Leave your baby with someone you can trust to feed, change, soothe, and engage in enriching activities while you go enjoy a date night away from being parents!

Lactation Counseling

I am currently a student lactation counselor and am offering lactation support as I complete my clinical hours. This work is close to my heart—breastfeeding was one of my greatest challenges in the postpartum period, and it was an area where I felt the most unsupported. My goal is to walk alongside families during this journey and provide the guidance and care I once needed myself. This is a service I will be offering to all of my postpartum clients as I get my clinical hours.
